The location is really convenient. Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are easily accessible. The staff are friendly. They were really helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The price was reasonable.

The shower had warm and cold water control issues. This made showering a bit difficult. I was charged for something that should have been free. I was also charged extra for their mistake.

The hotel is well-equipped. The rooms have standard Italian hotel style, which worked fine for sleeping. The beds were comfortable and every single member of staff was pleasant.
